The Smith Foundation awards grants to a wide variety of educational, social service, historic, and civic organizations for projects consistent with the Foundation’s mission: to enrich the lives of Hill County and area citizens.  From 1994 until 2024, the Smith Foundation has awarded over $3,000,000 in grants to Hill County entities.
